Support Center Plus full integration

Hi ManageEngine,

Currently, in OpManager you can configure in Admin - Notification Profiles - Email Profiles to trigger an email for a certain event and that will create a SR in Support Center Plus.
Which would be handy is having the same fully integration that it has with ServiceDesk Plus, where one can create profiles for certain events that come from certain services and assign them to an specific engineer. In other words the product can't talk directly with Support Center Plus if it would be installed on the same server.
