support center GUI is not accessible after rebooting Windows server 2008

Hi there,

we just ran the latest windows security updates and rebooted windows server 2008.  The GUI is no longer accessible from the web browser?  Is there something we are missing, or a simple action that can be performed to bring back the GUI?
