Summarize matrix report by 2 columns?
Is there a way to summarize advanced matrix reports by 2 items? I am getting a request from management to have a single report that has:
Column Grouping
Created Time / Month
Group By
Category
Summarize column by
Count / Requests
Sum / Time Spent
Is this possible?
