Hi all
I'm just trialling SD+ and have found that it would be really useful to be able to group workstations and be able to assign requests to a group. We are a college and many of our requests are for an individual classroom or complete building. It is also important for us to be able to report by classroom. This may also address another request I have seen for the inclusion of geographical 'sites'
