Suggested Solutions for New Requests

Is it possible for solutions to also auto populate when a new request is being created. This would be done based off the Solutions "Keywords" and "User Groups'. 

Service Desk could look at the subject and description fields of the new request for any keywords that match a solution and offer the user the Solutions Title as a recommended fix before they complete or submit their ticket.
