Successfully scanned systems still showing as "health not available" in the Dashboard

Let me preface this by saying I'm new to using Desktop Central. I've got a bunch of systems reporting as "health not available" in the dashboard, and about a third of them are legit. However, the remainder have all been successfully scanned recently and seem like they shouldn't be in there. I've poked through the documentation and googled a bit, but can't find a reason why they aren't clearing out.

Can anyone illuminate me on this?
