Subscribing to a request or notififying users
Is it possible to notify users of updates on a request. Not the requester or Technician, but a given user from another department?
Say for instance, I want to create a request, and want a given employee from another department getting notified of updates on the request (also upon creation), is it possible and how do I do that?
