Subject checking and replying to emails
Hi,
Is it possible to remove the subject checking when a user replies to an email generated by SC+ ?
I would like to be able to add just the request number in the format [$requestid] at the end of emails and CC them to the support@ email address in order for them to be appended to a given support request. At the moment I have to also match the subject line used when creating the support request. This is fine if a client is replying to a generated email, but if i want to use SC+ to store emails relating to that request then it causes a problem.
Can this be done ?
