We had the Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and the subcategory and Item list are not displaying the items alphabetically. It was on version 8.1.0 build 8127, and we are using IE 10. We thought it could be the compatibility issue so we upgrade the Service Desk to version 8.2.0 build 8200 hoping that it would fix the problem, but it didn't. It's still not sorting correctly. Is there a fix for this?
