Is it possible to create a sub category of a New Request in the drop down menu/box?

 

For Example in Request Drop down:

Marketing

Operations

      -  Account Locked (Sub Cat of Operations)

      -  Password Reset (Sub Cat of Operations)

      -  User Query (Sub Cat of Operations)

Projects
