Hope someone can help with this it's driving me up a wall. When I open a ticket, choose a category for instance "Hardware", then I go to choose a sub-category like "Server Hardware" it appears like this "Server HardwareServer Hardware" and all my sub categories look like this regardless of what category I choose. Can anyone help?
