Struggling to enroll samsung A8 tablet
Signed up the MDM plus cloud service but cannot get our samsung a8 tabs to enroll via EMM
It scans the code fine but i receive an 'unable to connect to server 443' error near the end of provisioning. The tablet boots up, it will have downloaded the MDM app. But wont show as a device on our portal.
I have tried on 3 different networks.
With the 6.0 and 9.0 EMM qr code
I have also ran the AFC test by typing it into the google account. Which is apparently passes fine.
Am i missing something really obvious?
Do i need to do anything on the portal first?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
