Hi, recently switched from processing emails via google to use  the native mail manager. 

We have a client who emails in using excel to fill the fields, which always includes non breakable spaces in the subject line.

What would be a convenient method for stripping the extra  characters from the subject?

Script to search and modify? Use the Email command and bypass the business rules? (this would require configs for each ticket type they create though)
