How it works:

With just a few clicks, you can now seamlessly integrate your Endpoint Central Cloud and ServiceDesk Plus Cloud consoles and bring Endpoint Central’s endpoint management and remote troubleshooting capabilities right into your help desk console. This eliminates the need to switch between tools and empowers your technicians with instant control.


How to set it up:

Setting up the integration is quick and easy. Look for it under Extensions within your ServiceDesk Plus console or head over to the ManageEngine Marketplace and simply add the Endpoint Central extension.


What you get:

  • Unified console access: Access Endpoint Central directly within your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud instance, no switching required.

  • Remote troubleshooting: Launch remote sessions or execute essential commands like shutdown, restart, hibernate, lock, and wake-on-LAN right from the ticket to troubleshoot issues as they rise.

  • Software deployment from tickets: Deploy or uninstall applications on endpoints from the ticket view to seamlessly install user-requested software and resolve software issues.

  • System manager access: Dive deeper into assets with tools like Command Prompt, Task Manager, Registry Editor, PowerShell, and more to understand and resolve persistent issues.

  • Audit logging: Actions taken via the extension are automatically logged under the ticket’s Conversations tab for complete traceability.
