Strange SNMP request behavior on OpManager

Hi all,

Sometimes I do not have SNMP answer when I test system monitors such "CPU Usage", "Memory Usage". And WMI monitors does not work in most of time.

On my computer I created a special account with Administrator right.
When I add "Free disk space .. WMI" with no username/password defined, OpManager ask me for Windows authentication, I define username/password and OpManager valid them but when I test WMI monitor, it fails with the message :

The Monitor did not respond to the test request
Possible reasons
1. The device might be down.
2. The username and password provided for this device might be wrong.
3. The domain password for this device was not provided
4. The domain password for this device might be wrong






Here the lab test :

Network 1 :

NMS / OpManager (Windows 2003 Server Sp1 / IE7) - SNMP+WMI Provider installed.
MyComputer (Windows XP Sp2) - SNMP+WMI Provider installed.
Router Cisco 2600XM
Exchange server






Network 2

Terminal (Windows XP Sp2)
