[Solved] Strange Output when trying to calculate SLAs

Hi
I am getting a strange output and I don't know how to change it.


I want to know how many hours a ticket has been breached so I can report on SLAs but I get this showing years, months, days... etc.  How can I get this to show 36.3 hours for example.
