I am installing the latest version of servicedesk pro onto a brand new Windows 2025 Datacenter server (GUI) with the intent of migrating the old server to the new one.  It installed without issue, and I allowed the setup program to start the ServiceDesk.  Here's when it goes bad.  It just sits at 0%.  I can't restore the data from the old server till I "start" the new one.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.  This is a brand-new install of everything, other than standard windows updates, it's completely clean.
