I am still in 8812 version and would like to understand if the below problems was notified before and if there is any enhancement in 9200.
From time to time some devices (all kind of devices: Routers, Switches, Servers, UPS, etc.) are not monitored anymore.
Looking on the device snapshot page the only monitor working is the availability one. All other show N/A. I have done a Password check (in reality this is SNMP check and it has passed on all those investigated). Doing UNMANAGE / MANAGE doesn't solve the problem. The only way to restart the monitoring on those devices was to delete the device and re-add.
Also, is there any way to understand when the devices are not monitored anymore - i mean when SNMP queries are not responding anymore? Could be that the device is UP (as ping) but no SNMP queries can be made as SNMP service is down or ... any other reason.
