Stopping the Service Level Agreement Clock Based on an Additional Field

In Service Level Agreement I need to stop the clock if a certain field has a certain data value and if the field is change to "Supplier Provided Information" the SLA clock re-starts. Not sure how this can be done in the Service Level Agreement section as there is nothing for stopping the clock based on a new field within the template?
