Stopping certain alerts
We have a client that has a server where the licence warning keeps appearing in OpManager and effectively putting a new job ticket into ServiceDesk+.
e.g. "ID=202 Source=LicenseService Type=1 Message=The product Windows Server is out of licenses. Use Licensing from the Administrative Tools folder for more information on which users are out of complianc"
Is there a way to ID these errors and only get one warning from OpManager, or is there a way for OpManager to not rate them as critical. If there is, could I have a pointer to the setting please.
