Stop the scheduled asset scan

How do I stop a scheduled asset scan? We have it scheduled to run on Saturday and Sunday @ 2:15am. Monday mornings the help desk will not open and we have to restart the service. Then the asset scan starts up, slowing the help desk down to the point where we can't assign or edit any tickets.

I need a way to stop the asset scan. Stopping and starting the service does not kill it.
