stop notifying on acknowledged alarms
Under Admin>Alarm Escalation, we have a rule to notify on critical errors once an hour.
However, this also notifies on alarms that have already been acknowledged. Maybe I misunderstand OpManager's concept of alarms and notification, but when I acknowledge an alarm, am I not telling the system "I know about this, please don't bug me again?"
