Stop new request creation if email subject line contains RE:
Is there a way to prevent requests from being created from an email if the subject line contains "RE:"?
Our problem is such that, if someone emails the ServiceDesk incoming account and cc's another person in that email and then the cc'd person replies to all, a new request is created from that reply.
Any workaround would be much appreciated.
