Stop Errors

Every time I log into the Applications Manger server I see a stop error. Most of the time after one of these stop errors, Applications Manager needs to be restarted, and sometimes the server needs a reboot, or else Applications Manager fails to start.
Here is the latest stop error recorded in event viewer.
