Stop e-mail going to requestor

Stop e-mail going to requestor

Hi there,

Just wondering if it is possible to stop an e-mail being sent to a requestor on a case by case basis.

Basically we would like for the IT team to be able to create a quick call of a job they have done (open and close straight away) without an e-mail going to the requestor.

We still want to send all other notifications.
