still unable to monitor pix 515 interfaces
I demo'd this software a year ago and stopped using it because I was unable to get it to consistently monitor my pix interfaces. My company decided to go with AppManager so I grudgingly decided to give this software another try. I added my network devices and once again, unable to monitor pix interfaces. I know it's not an snmp issue because:
1. it works from command line
2. cpu, memory, connections work fine.
Per forum recommendation, I tried to remove and re-add device. Removed device and confirmed its deletion, but when i try to add I get message that device already exists. I tried restarting the server, but same result. Is anyone able to get this application to work consistently?
