STEP Notification not working - No emails being delivered
Hello
I have had reports from multiple users that they are not receiving the STEP notification. I have performed some message tracking and have been unable to find any instances of the mail being generated and delivered.
I have attached for your viewing the 'serverout1.log' which does show the notification being triggered at 12:00PM as configured.
Any help and suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.
