I will be implementing Service Desk Plus for a client soon an am wondreing there is a step-by-step guide which shows pre-requisites throughout the process. I am looking for a guide that would essentially stipulate, don't do this step until you have done this step.
I am looking to install the app, import the AD users and assets, stand up the CMDB, configure Incident Management and Problem Management first. Then very shortly after implement the Service Catalog and Change Management.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
