Status icon in Business Snapshot remains in Crtical mode

While playing with the SNMP traps, I deliberately activated an alarm to trigger a trap just to see how OpManager reacted. While the result was expected, I noticed that the red cross icon in the Business Snapshot was not cleared (Pls see attached screenshot). I have verified that all alarms are cleared and that the fault that I deliberately created was rectified. Is anyone able to tell me what else must I do or set, to have the status icon refreshed automatically ?
