Status Comment in notification email template

In SDP I have added a custom notification trigger which will notify the assigned technician when a request is taken from OnHold to Open. I was wondering whether there is any way to include in the notification email template the status comment from the previous OnHold status. I noticed that there is an option to include the Updated Properties which, when included to the template, does specify the old status and the new status, but it does not specify the status comment.

My goal is to have the previous OnHold status comment included in the notification so as to provide immediate info on why the request may have been placed on hold in the first place.
