Status Change Time Stamps and Stop Clock Questions

Two questions:

  1. When changing a status is there a time stamp associate with those changes? Or, is there a way to measure the difference from when a ticket was open to when it was set to a "Resolved" status?
  2. I see that there is a stop clock flag in the statusdefinition table.  Is there a counter that records "on the clock" activity?
