I am trying to build a Request Timer Action that will check the Responded Date and set the status depending on the date value. Responded Date is not empty and not greater than the last status change from Open to Resolved. The intent is automatically move requests to Closed if the requestor has not responded within the last 7 days after the status was changed to Resolved. The hope is that the Request Timer Action can reset through several cycles. 

Open - Resolved - Responded Date populated - Open

Open -Resolved - Responded Date already populated - Responded Date later than resolved Date - Open

Repeat previous step multiple times if necessary

Open -Resolved - Responded Date already populated - Responded Date older than Resolved date - Closed
