I have just noticed that after updating to build 14500, changes in the Planning stage are suddenly missing our Status Action of "Submit for Approval". I can see the status listed in the system and when I am editing the workflow I see it there on the stage. But when looking at the change request the status action is missing.

I discovered that navigating to Admin > Customization > Change Management > Stage and Status, the Submit for Approval status did not have an "Action Name" defined. This was keeping it from appearing in the list of status actions. Providing an action name corrected this.

I don't recall having to do this previously and it seems like this status was a delivered status (though perhaps I'm wrong). If it is a delivered status and this Action Name field is blank by default, the update that changes this behavior should probably fill this value in with some default value.
