Startup-Running Config Snapshot
Seems to have broken in build 5510. Where as in build 5500 you could click on the devices in conflict and select "Copy Running To Startup" (although you can still do this) the task will show as being complete but it doesnt actually work and the number of devices in conflict stays the same.
