Startup loop??

Startup loop??

Good afternoon - we noticed a few minutes ago that we couldn't access the ServiceDesk Plus application through the web browser (although it had been running well up until then). When I looked at the server it was asking for a reboot due to some MS patches that were applied. When I restarted the server I noticed that the ServiceDesk Plus application seemed to be in a start up loop where it would appear to be loading and then restart the load process. Finally I found two errors in the event logs that I don't understand.

1. Event ID: 100 Category: Wrapper Description: There may be a configuration problem; please check the logs.

2. Event ID: 100 Category: wrapper Description: There were 10 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving Up.

There were no known changes to the configuration as we have been running this successfully for some time. The only change was the needed reboot due to patches. I am attaching what I think are the correct logs. Any ideas where to start with this?
