starting ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer problem

hello.
i'm trying to evaluate this for Linux.
i've installed ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer with all default settings.
I'm trying to start it (anyway from X or console)
and see this message.

any ideas?
if i try run startDB.sh then i see this.
