starting a webbrowser with specific url
Hi all,
i am using Opmanager for a couple of days now and i kind of like it.
But there are two things i can not find out how to do it:
1. when a device or a port goes down i need a notification that opens a webbrowser with a specific url, this triggers a alert program that sends sms, fax or/and e-mail
2. i use cisco equipment, and in the configurations is use the descripe command to descipe the ports with a name, however this is not turning up in Opmanager, what am i doing wrong?
