Hi,

I am evaluating SDP and got the free Version of 9.3 Professional running.

Does SDP allow a User/Requester to start a Purchase-Request?

As it seems to me, this is not possible, since the SDP-User-Guide only mentions the Purchase-Request-Approval
but not how to start such a Request.
