standard variables in SMS notification
Why can't I add Created Date when configuring the SMS alert template? This is a standard variable, correct?
We want to know if there is an issue that becomes high priority after creation, but we'd also like to see the created date to quickly ascertain if this issue is first being reported or was reported previously.
