StandaloneApplnProcess [ FAILED ] error in nohup.out after migration

I have just migrated the app manager version 9 , build 9130 from linux to linux and followed all the steps given here :

I am getting the below error in nohup.out when i start the new server :

and then it is stopped nothing else comes after this,
Please suggest is there any step missing for me.
