SSO stopped working

SSO stopped working

Hi,

Im having a problem with SSO. This was working perfectly fine then one day it just stopped working. I have tried all sorts to get this working.

Ive tried creating a new account or resetting the password on the other account, when i try creating a new computer account it says:


FAILURE :Unable to access the Active Directory with the credentials specified for the domain. Please check if administrator user name and password is configured for this domain from domain details page.


I have gone to the windows domain scan page and made sure the credentials are correct. I have even deleted the domain and readded. Nothing seems to work. Sometimes i get the windows login box first then after ok that a few times or cancelling i have to login to the helpdesk through the portal page. Sometimes the windows box doesnt appear and its straight to the login page. Eitherway the strange thing is this worked fine for a year.

I have upgraded to the latest version as i was a few versions behind in the hope of fixing it. but it didnt. Im at a loss now.
