We are trying to setup Active directory Pass-through authentication by following this link  http://kbase.zohocorp.com/kbase/ServiceDeskPlus/TroubleShooting/file_100009.html . 

However, it does not seem to be working. We still see a pop up window asking for login. I see that the computer account has been created in database and Active directory-> Computers.

Can somebody please help on this SSO setup, it will be really helpful for our users.
