On a deployment with 800+ requesters, a single requester is having difficulties logging in. The user in question logs into windows just fine, and can access all other network resources without issue. When launching the ServiceDesk Plus website the SSO fails, and the user is shown a login screen. When he attempts to log in it kicks back an error saying invalid username/password.
I have verified the user in question is in the 'requester' list, with the correct domain selected. I tried overwriting the requester via the import function to ensure that all information in SD Plus is accurate and up to date with the Active Directory user. We've verified everything on the AD side is fine. Account not locked, password not expired, etc.
It's not a browser issue as the issue persists in IE and in Chrome. It doesn't appear to be anything on the PC itself as another user who logs in to the exact same PC has no problems with the SSO nor logging in manually.
In browsing the sso log file whenever I look at the failed login attempts I can see that the 'provider=' value is set to false for the failed user while all successful attempts to log in say 'provider=true'.
I cannot see anything different between this particular user and others that would cause the failure to log in. What would the most likely cause of this issue be and how can I resolve it?
