We are having an issue where if there are no IE browsers open and you click a link in an email that goes to a job, or open a shortcut to helpdesk IE is prompting for a username and password.
Entering your username/password takes you to the page requested.
With IE already opened, when you click a link or open a shortcut IE does not request a username or password.
Has anyone else ran into this issue and does anyone know a way to resolve this?
We are using buid 7012, IE 7.
