ssl gateway issue
Hi,
we have recently updated to the latest version of SDP.
We are receiving an exception error when a user clicks on create new request link.
the error is
"Exception occurred when executing post invoke script SDP_CreateHTMLArea('HTMLDesc') Msg: 'HTMLArea' is undefined"
Can you please provide some guidence as to what I should be looking for to resolve this issue ?
