SSL Certificate Renewal Issue in On-Premise Setup

We’ve identified an issue affecting SSL certificate renewal in MDM On-Premise deployments, specifically when using Sectigo's new Root (R46). Customers attempting to renew certificates may encounter the error:
"Certificate cannot be added! - Devices are being managed with the existing certificate."
This issue impacts environments where:
  • Renewal is attempted using Sectigo Root R46
  • Managed mobile devices are running older OS versions that do not yet trust the new Root
