SSL Certificate import Error

I am getting an error when trying to import a certificate into ServiceDesk Plus.

I did send this in to the ServiceDesk Plus Help Desk and they wouldn't look at it because I am using the free version.

I am using SD+ version V 13.0 Build 13000. On Premise

I took a screen shot of the error I am getting and attached it. It says: Exception occurred when importing the SSL certificate! : sdp.keystore - File content type not allowed|

That is what the log file says too.

I thought it was a problem from when I made the keystore file so I sent in another CSR and the second one didn't work either. I attached the first one that didn't work. If it is malformed I couldn't tell cause if all looks like it is in a programming language.

I don't know enough about the cert import process or the Keystore file to know what is wrong. Anyone out there that might be able assist on this?
