I have problems using the certificates generated by KeyManager Plus in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers

I observe that the requirement to show safe in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, it is necessary to validate with the DNS, KeyManager Plus when creating the certificate does not allow adding DNS.

When the certificate is imported, Google Chrome and Moziila Firefox show it as an unsafe site, but Internet Explorer browser, Microsoft Edge, work correctly.
