Hello everyone,

We've updated to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus and upon running the changewebport 443 https command to convert the site to SSL. We get a page could not be displayed, and then a cipher error that states we're not configured properly to use SSL because it's trying to use an unsupported SSL transport method. We did have HTTP>HTTPS redirect and that has broken as well.

Help!
