SSH Out of Order Keystrokes
Are we the only ones who find SSH virtually unusable due to garbled keystrokes?
There is a big bug or design failure which causes keystrokes to be recognized out of order. We could deal with the painfully slow response time if it buffered properly however typing is impossible unless you wait for each key to appear on screen. You can paste words in without error however typing directly will not work if you type ahead of the characters being displayed. When this can take one or two seconds it's just not reasonable.
